GRAND CENTRAL, BIRMINGHAM
DTZ has been advising Birmingham City Council and Network Rail since
2008 and formulated a development strategy for the transformation of the
Pallasades shopping centre into Grand Central Birmingham, a premium retail
destination, based upon our experience and known requirements for the city.
The role has been in the implementation of the strategy including a flagship
letting to John Lewis, head lease re-gearing, leasing and ongoing
viability advice.
The project is unconditional with construction well underway.

BRENT CROSS
DTZ has advised on this flagship shopping centre from its original
construction. It now prepares to enter a new phase with a major extension
and refurbishment.
Acting on behalf of Hammerson and Standard Life, DTZ is currently
providing a wide range development advice, including local authority
negotiations, site assembly and viability.
The scheme has planning permission and work is progressing on the
implementation of the shopping centre and wider Cricklewood area
development.
