WESTFIELD, LONDON
DTZ is a leasing agent for the 1.7m sq ft (158,000 sq m) retail and leisure
scheme which opened in November 2008. The scheme comprises 315 retail
units, 60 food outlets, 40 luxury brands in the Village and a 14 screen
Vue cinema.
DTZ are currently providing pre-leasing advice on the proposed 665,000 sq ft
(46,000 sq m) extension of Westfield London.
Tenants include House of Fraser, Hollister, Apple, Cine UK, Wagamamas.

SOUTHGATE, BATH
DTZ is a leasing agent for Aviva and British Land’s Southgate centre which
opened in 2010. The scheme, which is anchored by Debenhams, extends to
over 420,000 sq ft (39,000 sq m) of retail and restaurants.
DTZ also provided pre-leasing services in relation to the The Vaults, a
restaurant quarter overlooking an open piazza.
Tenants include Apple, Urban Outfitters, Hollister, North Face, New Look,
All Saints, Tommy Hilfiger and H&M.

WESTFIELD, STRATFORD CITY
DTZ is a leasing agent for the Stratford City scheme which forms the largest
urban shopping centre in Europe, extending to 1.9m sq ft (177,000 sq m). The
centre comprises 300 fashion, food and lifestyle brands, two food courts, a
17 screen Vue cinema, 14 lane All Star Lanes bowling alley and Aspers Casino
(the first super casino in the UK). Anchor stores include a 272,000 sq ft
(25,000 sq m) John Lewis, 32,000 sq ft (3,000 sq m) Waitrose and 200,000
sq ft (19,000 sq m) M&S. The centre opened in September 2011 and is the
gateway to London’s Olympic Park.
Other tenants include Forever 21, H&M, TopShop, Next, River Island, Hollister,
Zara, Apple.
The role has involved pre-leasing and leasing advice.
