DTZ were appointed by National Grid to select a development partner for
their site in Sydenham. Kier were selected and retained DTZ to pre-lease the
scheme, which opened in August 2013.

SWAN CENTRE, EASTLEIGH
DTZ advised Cordwell on the development viability, leasing and funding of
this project with PRUPIM. This created a new leisure extension to the existing
shopping centre. The scheme is anchored by Vue and comprises a bowling
alley and eight restaurants.

VICTORIA SQUARE, BELFAST
DTZ assisted Multi Developments entry into the UK with this high profile
award winning project.
The role involved the full co-ordination of the project team together with
leasing, land assembly, planning and viability advice. The scheme opened
in 2008.

ST CATHERINES WALK, CARMARTHEN
DTZ advised St James’s Place Property Unit Trust on the letting of their
scheme which opened in 2010 and comprised 225,000 sq ft (21,000 sq m)
of retail and leisure space and a 6 screen cinema.
The scheme is anchored by Debenhams and tenants include H&M, Next,
New Look, River Island, Quiksilver, Republic, TopShop, Harvester, Cotswold,
Fat Face and Frankie & Benny’s.
