Acting on behalf of Bracknell Regeneration Limited partnership (a joint
venture between Schroders and Legal & General), DTZ is providing a wide
range of advice including compulsory purchase negotiations, property
management and management development consultancy. The scheme which
will comprise retail, leisure and residential will transform a major part of the
town centre and will be anchored by a new M&S store.

BRIGHTWELLS, FARNHAM
DTZ is advising Crest Nicholson with the leasing of this prime, mixed use
development in Farnham. The proposed scheme comprises 28 new retail units,
restaurants and cafes and cinema, and 240 residential units. Anchor tenants
include M&S Simply Food and Odeon. DTZ is also providing CPO advice and
development funding advice.

GREENWICH PENINSULA, LONDON
DTZ is providing agency services to Lend Lease, Quintain Estates, The HCA
and AEG Europe on their proposed development of Greenwich Peninsula which
will create a new district for London with 363,000 sq ft (34,000 sq m) of retail
and leisure space over the next 15-20 years. Tenants include Wagamama, Cafe
Rouge, Costa, Chiquitos and Tesco.
