CHURCHILL SQUARE, BRIGHTON
DTZ is advising Standard Life on the proposed extension of the Churchill
Square. This complex scheme requires the relocation of the existing
conferencing centre.
The role involves site assembly, local authority negotiations and viability advice.

OLD SQUARE, WALSALL
DTZ acquired a Tesco store adjacent to the Old Square shopping centre,
and negotiated a short term occupation for them whilst bringing forward
proposals for a new Primark store.
The role has involved the full co-ordination of the project team together with
leasing, land assembly and viability advice. The scheme has full planning
permission and work is due to commence next year.

VINEYARD GATE, COLCHESTER
Acting on behalf of Caddick Developments, DTZ is providing a wide range

ARNDALE CENTRE, EASTBOURNE
DTZ is advising Legal & General on the letting of their proposed extension
of the Arndale Centre. The extension will provide an additional 175,000 sq ft
(16,000 sq m) of retail floorspace and is planned to open in 2015.
The scheme is anchored by M&S, Primark, Bhs & Next and tenants include
River Island, HMV, Lush and Carphone Warehouse.
