NEATS COURT RETAIL PARK, ISLE OF SHEPPEY
DTZ is advising LXB Retail Properties Plc on the development of a new food
store and retail development. The new scheme comprises a 55,000 sq ft
(5,000 sq m) of Morrisons food store as well as a 75,000 sq ft (7,000 sq m) of
open A1 retail warehouse space and 7,500 sq ft (700 sq m) of A3 food units.
