DTZ provided agency services to Lend Lease in respect of Bluewater.
The centre totals 1.6m sq ft (149,000 sq m) of retail and leisure space and
comprises over 330 shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and three anchor stores
— John Lewis, M&S and House of Fraser.
Tenants include: All Saints, Ted Baker, Kiehls, Hollister, Diesel, Urban Outfitters,
Apple, White Company, Joseph and Rigby & Peller.
DTZ provided pre-leasing advice on the proposed 365,000 sq ft
(34,000 sq m) extension to the shopping centre.

185–221 BUCHANAN STREET, GLASGOW
DTZ provided pre-leasing advice to Land Securities in respect of their new
retail scheme in Glasgow which opened in 2013. The scheme comprises 11 retail
shops, cafes and restaurants including three MSUs.
Tenants include Forever 21, Paperchase and Gap.

WEST QUAY, SOUTHAMPTON
DTZ was instructed by Hammerson as letting agents of their 800,000 sq ft
(74,000 sq m) retail and leisure scheme. The centre comprises 90 stores and
is anchored by John Lewis and M&S. Other tenants include Next, H&M, Apple,
Zara, New Look, All Saints, River Island, Nandos and Yo! Sushi.
A major expansion of the scheme is proposed.

TOUCHWOOD, SOLIHULL
DTZ advised Lend Lease on the letting of their scheme in Solihull. The
540,000 sq ft (50,000 sq m) scheme comprises 80 shops, 24 restaurant
units, a nine screen cinema and is anchored by John Lewis. Tenants include
Zara, Next, River Island, Hollister, Superdry, Office, Dwell, Ask, Pizza Express,
La Tasca, Apple and Molton Brown.

VICTORIA GATE, LEEDS
DTZ provided pre-leasing services to Hammerson in relation to the proposed
development in Leeds. The scheme will compromise approximately 130 new
stores and restaurants. The scheme is anchored by John Lewis
and M&S.
DTZ advised Hammerson on the original acquisition of Victoria Quarter
in 2012.
