TELFORD SHOPPING CENTRE
DTZ is acting as a letting agent on behalf of Sovereign Land and AREA on
their 1m sq ft (93,000 sq m) retail and leisure scheme. The centre comprises
approximately 200 units and is anchored by House of Fraser, Debenhams, M&S
and Asda. Other tenants include H&M, Zara, New Look, TopShop, Next
and Primark.
An extension to the scheme is planned and DTZ are advising the owners.

CHARTER PLACE, WATFORD
DTZ is advising Intu and Watford District Council on land assembly negotiations
and strategy in respect of the redevelopment of Charter Place Watford. The
new development will comprise a new multi-screen cinema, a new restaurant
hub, flagship retail stores and improved public spaces.

DTZ is advising L&G in both funding and leasing agency. The scheme opened in
August 2013 and comprises Milton Keynes’s only mainline Waitrose, ancillary
neighborhood shopping and restaurants together with 1000 residential units.
