DTZ was instructed by Hammerson / ADIA as letting agents on their
700,000 sq ft (65,000 sq m) retail and leisure scheme. The centre is formed of
85 retail units, 25 restaurants and a 10 screen Vue cinema and is anchored by
House of Fraser (150,000 sq ft / 14,000 sq m) and Debenhams (136,000 sq ft
13,000 sq m).
Other tenants include H&M, TopShop, Hollister, Apple, Reiss, Hobbs, Gant,
Zara, Jamie’s Italian, Wagamamas, Giraffe, Las Iguanas, Strada, Yo! Sushi,
Browns, Tampopo and Cote.
